I just want to say that I miss you,
and since you left, I'd be allowed to say that I grew,
if you could comprehend and realize the things that I knew,
You would believe me when I say I'm doing this for you,
but when you stripped me bare I could have been homeless,
you wouldn't have cared such ruthless brutality that left me battered and scared
the worst was the hopelessness
I would never have dared to make you survive cause u wouldn't have fared
for your wellbeing I'd be scared just to know you're alive,
and if you were ever aware of the effect I'd say you had on my life
I couldn't possibly embellish it enough
making it almost a lie
If i could ever find the words to describe the fight
in the months following an emotional suffocation
living my life nearly out of the question every music session becamse just a ritual
