    Dirty Dishes

    written by: Simon Robinson
    Category: Children

    Dirty dishes await my attention
But only the wine provides intervention
I approach them with dread, all dirty and used
Covered in gravy, all used and abused

    Soon to be washed
    Not Mr. Sheen
    It's my mean dishwasher
That will make them all glean

    Put them away
    In rows and in order
    Dishes cleansed and refreshed now
    For tomorrows disorder
