Wanted to be with me,
Treasured me and cared for me.
You wanted to be mine.
But if you loved me so much,
Why, if you cared for me so,
Why, if you wanted me so much,
Why, when I?m ready, tell me ?no??
The girl who broke you before,
The girl who wants you back,
The girl who took your heart and tore,
What does she have that I lack?
I thought I wouldn?t mind;
Seeing you with someone else.
I can?t make you wait 2 years? time,
But only heartbreak was what I felt.
So now here I sit,
Writing poems about it all,
Wishing I could go back and fix
The day I let myself fall.
