Four Season Sound
author: Kristen
category: Season
I will first start with summer for it is the season I ponder.
The leaves are green, the earth is dry, and swimming is needed
from the sticky hot sky. The sap from the trees is sweet and cool.
It goes on my pancakes in the kitchen so full. Full of taste
and full of scent. Summer is a season all perfect and spent.
Now come autumn with acorns about. Put on your costumes
and candy flies around. You sway back and forth under colorful leaves
and the sweet honey is left from the far away bees.
Black cats jump from pumpkin to tree, then back home to see me.
Thanksgiving it isn't a trick, as the turkey sits upon the table with a
wonderful scent. Grand parents, aunts, family, holding hands,
saying grace, especially me.
Next the most fun season of all.
It is the season of chills and white snow fall. Presents and
love fill the house, even the little gray Christmas mouse.
Carols are sung from door to door and joy is spread more and more.
A lighted tree and snowmen, I want ! this season never to end!
Now spring all animals hatch. Flower buds you see and scent of a match.
Green leaves and grass fill the ground, with the wonderful four season sound.
