I started to write you a poem today
But I couldn’t think of the perfect words to say
I’ve come to find myself in a bind
I cant seem to get you off my mind
I imagine your eyes and think of you
For your so wise and always true
When I se your beautiful smile
It makes me stop and think a while
When I think of you I have a perfect day
When I think of you I’m a million miles away
In that place so far from here
you're the one who is always near
I don’t know how I get through
Every never-ending day without you
And one day you will see
Everything I promised you will come to be
