    The Snowflake

    written by: anonymous
    Category: Seasonal

I am a little snowflake that fell upon the ground
And everywhere I look snowflakes can be found
We all join together and make a snowy scene
So crisp and so white and everything is clean

The children are so happy and out to play they come
Running jumping sliding and having so much fun
But then something happens and out comes the sun
And the snowflakes get all weepy and they all start to run

Then the sun turns the snowflake to moisture once again
Which rises back up to the sky perhaps to fall as rain
But up in the clouds something wonderful begins
The moisture turns to snow and the process starts again

I am a little snowflake that fell upon the ground
And everywhere I look snowflakes can be found
Wintertime is wonderful the best time of the year
Because I get to be a snowflake falling everywhere
