Untitled
written by: Victoria
The Silence
Has become a deafening madness in my mind.
The Air
So thick, I could cut it with a knife.
All Touching
Has become a prohibited sensation.
My Lips
Waiting to be kissed.
My Tongue
No longer tastes the pleasure of love.
My Flesh
Has not felt the warmth of a loving embrace for so long.
My Eyes
Longing for eyes to gaze into.
My Heart
Bleeding, needing and yearning for a meaningful existence to share.
My Soul
Longing to be set free.
My Love
No longer flows like a river.
Memories Flashing
Before me like lightning storm.
Day after day
Night after night.
Reminding me
How life repeats itself.
Teaching me
The greatest lesson in life.
Chase the dream
Before it fades out of view.
