White December
author: Natalie Hannah
category: Nature
I woke up and looked out my window to see, a blanket of white snow covering the ground.
There was not a soul around.
The snow was beautiful to see.
Little white clumps covering the trees.
I opened my window. The cold air sent a shiver through me.
I pulled the window shut and went downstairs to make a cup of hot tea.
I eyed the cuckoo clock on the wall.
It was nearly eight and the snow continued to fall.
I pondered my thoughts and went out for a drive.
A White December had truly arrived!
